Terms and Conditions: Convention Housing Experts LLC (“CHE”) is a is a privately-owned company, not affiliated with any event or other organization, will be providing you and/or your business with hotel accommodation reservation and booking services.
25% Deposit will be required for making the reservation for holding the rooms
Check-Ins average time is from 2 P.M to 4 P.M and late check in my lead into room cancellation as a no show unless informed prior.
No refund granted for Early Check-Outs.
In case of No Show the room will be automatically cancelled with no refund.
You might be asked for a Security Deposit at the hotel which will be refunded at the check-out.
Resort Fees are not included in any rates and Paid only at the hotel
Modification and Cancellation Policy: You will be emailed confirmation of your reservation (via an invoice and itinerary) within 72 hours of making the reservation. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of these documents, and for reporting any errors limited to errors made by “CHE” in transcribing information provided by you in this contract or in the Hotel Reservation Guest Name List, to “CHE” within 24 hours of receipt. If no such errors are reported, the information is deemed complete and accurate. Modifications or partial cancellations can be requested after the 24-hour period until 14 days prior to the check in unless agreed otherwise, and “CHE” will use its best efforts to accomplish those requests, it has to be sent via email to Support@chousingexperts.com but “CHE” does not guarantee that such modifications or partial cancellations can be made, or that they can be made at the original contract rate. Reservations can’t be modified or reduced to less than %25 of the original reservation contract. If any reservation is modified or partially cancelled prior to 14 days before the check-in date, no fees will be assessed therefor, but each modification or partial cancellation made 14 days up to 7 days prior to check-in might incur a charge equal to your Contract price of one night’s accommodation, plus any additional taxes, fees and/or costs incurred by “CHE” as a result of the modification. If the entire reservation is cancelled, you will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to 25 % of your original contract cost which means that the deposit amount will be non-refundable. “CHE” confirms that No cancellations or modifications will be accepted after seven calendar days prior to the check-in date and “CHE” provides no credit or refund for no-shows, late check-ins and early check-outs. All Monies will be in US Dollars.
